Corporate overview:
Our Client is diverse in the construction of interiors i.e. hotels, residential buildings, etc. In order to have modern houses and hotels with a comfortable and safe environment, various electronic devices are being utilized. Since the spec requires a high level of electrical equipment construction and in order to maximize it, they have developed the efficient electrical equipment systems in large-scale housing and luxury hotels. They take care of everything varied from planning to maintenance of security and disaster prevention systems in the hotels, buildings, etc.
Industrial & Product: Interior Contractor/ Construction of indoor and outdoor electrical equipment, street lighting equipment, airport facilities electrical equipment, telecommunication equipment, information and communication system, design and construction, management, and renovation.
Job Highlight:
An opportunity to work and become a key person with a Japanese company founded in 1938 (Training will be held in Japan if necessary)
Business expansion will be taken place not only in Thailand, but also other countries in the future
This company was registered in January 2015 and the operation will start during February to April

Responsibilities:
Responsible for Accounting, Contract, etc. as a key person of the business set up (however, we have our consulting company as well as a lawyer)
Responsible for
Contract documentation/Content check (English)
Accounting related duties
Paperwork (from the set up phase to management)
Business general affairs (Order/Office Maintenance/Support business trip related duties)
Human Resources related duties (Payroll, Work rules, Planning, etc.)
Creating user-friendly interfaces and ensure the safety regulations are followed
Perform other duties as assigned
Other tasks as assigned

Working Hour:Monday to Friday 8:30 – 17:30/Saturday if necessary

2. Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
3. At least 2 years of working experience
4. Experience in Japanese construction companies
5. Experience in Accounting
6. Japanese Language Skill
7. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
8. ENGLISH: Business level
