- Support Customers employees for diagnostic, advice and troubleshooting both IT
operation issues and problems.
- IT hardware maintenance support on PC, Printer and IT peripherals for
troubleshooting and technical problems.
- Provide support on standard software and operating systems (Windows, Office,
Email, Antivirus)
- Perform software restoration from image and configuration when requires.
- Perform Back up operation when requires.
- Assist the IT Support Level1 in the complicated work.
- Assist Project Manager in the project work
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- - Male 26-35 years of age
- - Bachelor degree/Master in Computer Engineering, Information Systems,Computer Science or IT related fields/
- - Good command of English
- - At least 3 years experience in IT/System Engineering/Network
- - Technical knowledge and experience requirements.
- - Experience of installing, configuring, administration and managing Windows Server platforms 2003, 2008 and 2012 (Active Directory Cluster, ISA, Share file, Print server, Including GPO, DNS and DHCP).
- - Basic knowledge of Storage technology (nice to have).
- - Work Hours: Monday Friday 09:00 18:00
