Report to: Branch Manager
Location : Loei
Key Accountabilities:
• Handling good communication between customers and internal staff (sales, engineers)
• Preparing documents and reports for the sales department.
• Issuing quotations and purchase orders.
• Dealing and supporting with existing customers.
• Handling all general administrative tasks.
• Following up sales enquires.
• Monitoring master schedules and deliveries (to follow up with client).
• Handling incoming call and greeting walk-in customers.
• Gathering documents for supporting an accounting department at the head office.
• Handling any other assigned by Manager.
• ประสานงานขายและบริการหลังการขาย ระหว่างลูกค้าและพนักงานของบริษัท
• จัดเตรียมเอกสารที่เกี่ยวกับการขาย เช่น ใบเสนอราคา, ใบแจ้งหนี้ ฯลฯ
• ดูแลลูกค้าที่ติดต่อบริษัท ทั้งการรับสายโทรเข้า และลูกค้าที่มาติดต่อด้วยตนเองที่สำนักงานสาขา
• ติดต่อประสานงานกับทางสำนักงานใหญ่ ทั้งแผนกจัดซื้อ แผนกบัญชี หรือแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• รับผิดชอบต่องานงานบุคคลและธุรการทั่วไปของพนักงานในสาขา
• จัดทำรายงานต่างๆ เมื่อผู้จัดการร้องขอ

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Female Age not over 35 Years Old.
2. Bachelors Degree in any Related Field
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Coordinator or any related fields.
4. Fair command of both written & spoken English
5. Good communication skills and good in coordinating
6. Able to operate a PC computer and use Microsoft Office
7. Internet and E-mail
8. Able to work for 6 days from Monday to Saturday
