-Plan, conduct, coordinate and implement a comprehensive training program for the sales staff.
-Continually monitor the effectiveness and suitability of the training programs to the sales team, the economy, the demographics and the competition.
-Provide training programs which will enhance the sales staff productivity: closing skills, consultative sales skills, overcoming objections, product knowledge and writing contracts
-The training components will be geared towards new hires, existing sales staff and sales professionals who seek one-on-one assistance.
-Create and improve the development road map for Key Sales Talent pool.
-Considering the costs of planned programs and keeping within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training of development programs is becoming increasingly important.

- Thai, Male or Female, Age not over 40 years
- Bachelors Degree or higher in related field.
- Having at least 5 years of working experience in training and at least 2 years in Managerial level
- Positive-thinking and creative with good presentation and leadership skills
- Good presentation skill and professional manner is imperative.
- Familiar with MLM or Direct sales will be advantaged.
