รายละเอียดงาน
• Devise, plan, develop and implement CRM marketing campaigns through various marketing channels; Email, Social Media, Personalized web page, SMS by focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
• Partner with analytics and BI teams to integrate data-driven personalization and segmentation targeting, improving the customer experience.
• Point of contact to Global Marketing Team to plan, execute, analyse all CRM related project and activity
• Develop reports to analyze results and recommend changes to improve overall performance.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Male / Female age between 28-35 years
2. Bachelor Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management, IT or related field.
3. Minimum of 3 year-experiences in Marketing Management and CRM.
4. Experience in e-commerce business will be advantage.
5. Experience in Online business CRM will be considered as high priority candidates
6. Excellent in English communication
7. Able to work under pressure.
8. Good personality, service minded and good communication skills.
9. MS Excel expertise is a must.
