1. Utility Operation Support
To assist Seagate Utility Operation technician to perform work of operational for all Utility systems to support production and other internal customers to meet Utility Operational Standard with quality of work, Safe work, optimum energy usage and high customer satisfaction.
Duties & Responsibilities as following;
● Assist Technician for Abnormality Inspection and parameter record of all Utility System/Equipment follow Inspection Check sheet
● Assist Technician for Inspection and control Clean Room Environment to meet standard.
● Assist Technician for Water System Operation (Operate Equipment, Chemical Preparation, Regenerate, Backwash, cleaning all sensor/probe of online monitoring, Filter replacement, WWTP Sludge Removal and Pressing, and etc.). Water System included in scope (But not limited to) are WWTP, Local Sump, DI water, Drinking Water, Water recycle, Pre-treatment, City water, on line monitoring system.
● Assist/or Perform Repair work and spare part replacement work for all Utility equipment breakdown/or failure base on technician assignment.
● Support for improvement work, survey and special inspection/monitoring requirement for all Utility System based on technician/supervisor assignment.
● Highlight any abnormality system found, request support from customer, stand by in utility operation call center to report shift Technician/Supervisor for future action assigned or taken.
● Assist Technician for Field Support and confirmation of Contractor work for Facility Department
● Housekeeping in working area of Utility Operation
● General Support/Service as assigned

2. Preventive maintenance Utility equipment and BAS
To assist Technicians on all Utility System Maintenances and Service works of all Utility supply systems required some technical skills as scheduled. Supports the Utility Operation Goals in achieving Total Customer Satisfaction
Duties & Responsibilities as following;
● Prepare job and schedule in the responsible areas (Support technicians on documentation works; Work permit, Work requisition, Work requisition on Mezzanine floor, Maintenance Check sheet).
● Monitor and control contractors to work under JSA and work permit at working area (6-12 contractors/day)
● Manage housekeeping while project on progress and after project completion
● Routine monitoring and replacement AHU/OAC/MAU Air Filters
● Repair/Install Air Split types in special/emergency case.
● Repair/Install all Main Utility sensors controlled by BAS.
● Repair local sumps
● Assist Technician to repair and maintain all responsible equipment, tools, machines and facilities items per instruction or technical standards.
● Measure and monitor Air Velocity of and Air Particle of ULPA Filters in productions.
● Measure and monitor Air Velocity of Local Exhaust system including Electrical grounding at all chemical stores.
● Performs related work as required

To Assist Technician who operate Wastewater Treatment system and Recycle water system maintenance, majority as following;
● Inspection and control all parameters and meters.
● Sampling water and minor quality testing.
● Clean and backwash sedimentation tank, Carbon filter tank and Sand filter tank.
● Filter press operation and maintenance.
● General Support/Service as assigned

4. Production Line Installation & Maintenance
To perform line setup and Production area maintenance, majority as following;
● Production Line setup / conversion.
○ Supervise vendor for new set up line per SOW.
○ Conversion / Re-layout the Production line per IE layout.
● Cleanroom & Production Equipment maintenance.

o Summarize Scraped Material for surplus.

19. MIE Spare Parts Inspection
To support MIE for spare part inspection.
● Spare part inspection normal process ;
○ Receive part from MIE store.
○ Do inspection part per specification.
○ Complete inspection report.
○ Return part to MIE Store.

20. MIE Re-tin Plate Rework
To support MIE for support Re-tin Plate Bonding process as below;
● Re-tin Plate Bonding process
○ Receive part from MIE store.
○ Separate part for prepare bonding process.
○ Bonding process.
○ Ship out and receive part from vendor.
○ Move to storage on shelf.
○ Inspection new part and also assembly part from out site cutting edge.
○ Do scrap waste after part has been separated.

21. MIE Slider Cleaning Maintenance
To perform Preventive Maintenance of Cleaning System
● Chemical fill , Drain and Keep data record.
● Record parameter setting and monitoring.
● Clean in & out side machine follow PM.
● System monitoring
To support Production General issue.
● Chemical Handling
● Big Clean line per schedule
● Check PM equipment due date.

22. Logistic Warehouse Pallet Rework
● Screen pallet which return from prod & store area and then separate and damage to repairing.
● Repairing damage pallet in inspection
● Move good and scrap pallet to appointed area
● Do screen and arrangement bubble sheet then put in plastic bag in good.
Do job assign for pallet or other packaging repairing or movement in Warehouse
