อัตรา 1

รายละเอียดงาน
1. To review assigned claims based on the Policy Conditions and make a decision as to the validity of the claim.
2. Reviewing claims presented by members, policy owners, beneficiaries or thru stakeholders.
3. Verifying the validity of the claims.
4. Investigating questionable claims.
5. Marketing the decision and authorizing the payment of benefits to the proper person.
6. Providing claimants with courteous, prompt, and complete explanations of claims for which benefits are not payable or are limited.
7. To assist Medical/TPA Manager who is responsible for overall setting up and operation of claims processing actively under direction of KAL or AXA-GI, including but not limited to.
8. Making original requirements for computer program developments based on the expected workflow both group and individual members.
9. Operating and maintaining the day to day processes by him / herself independently.
10. Supervising and training support staffs.
11. Reporting errors & proposing further improvement on workflow to the Medical/TPA Manager.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. 30 years old and above
2. Thai nationality only
3. Bachelor of science in nursing
4. 3 years experience in claim assessor
5. Good interpersonal skill
6. Good command in English, Writing ,Speaking
7. Having experience in Utilisation Review & Clinical Practice would be an advantage
8. Computer literacy skill
