Manage the maintenance activities through the implementation of a preventative maintenance program and an ongoing maintenance repair for equipment, facilities, and vehicles that support the most efficient manufacturing operation possible. Compiles and maintains records on reporting personnel for compensation and performance evaluation purposes.

MAJOR DUTIES

1. Plans and implements effective procedures and policies for the maintenance department to ensure that all equipment, facilities, and utilities are in an acceptable state of repair. Administers plant preventative maintenance programs.

2. Coordinates with vendors, suppliers, and contractors the installation of new equipment or equipment processes.

3. Establishes, with direction from the Operations Director, priorities of all maintenance activities through a work order procedure.

4. Supervises all daily activities of the Maintenance Department through subordinates to ensure completion of assigned projects that will minimize machine downtime.

5. Monitors completion of maintenance projects to ensure that safety and quality standards are met.

6. Approves all requisitions relating to new and replacement parts, supplies, machinery, and equipment for the Maintenance Department.

7. Provides technical knowledge and expertise to solve problems of a mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic/pneumatic nature.

8. Provides instruction, guiding and direction to new employees having performance or procedural difficulties.

9. Participates in administrative and technical programs such as cost reduction, process improvements, communication, and employee training.

10. Identifies employees for consideration for promotion and/or training. Handles or refers employee grievances, benefit problems, or other personnel problems to the appropriate staff.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. An Academic degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Mechanical Engineering
2. Plus three to five years maintenance
3. Experience of CNC Lathe, CNC Milling Mahine with Fanuc or Mitsubishi PLC Contorl, pneumatic and hydraulic system, plant utitilies and facilities system , is required
4. Must possess the ability to organize, direct and motivate people.
5. Must have knowledge of quality control and production techniques, equipment, tooling, and processes.
6. PERFORMANCE STANDARDS Machine downtime. Attendance and performance of subordinates. Attendance.
