3LN Co., Ltd., the sole franchisee of leading UK retailers, “Mothercare” and “Early Learning Centre” and distributor of “Holster” fashion shoes from Australia in Thailand, is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Social Media Executive immediately. This position’s main responsibilities are to cover the e-commerce and social media activities of the business. He/she will be reporting to the Business Development Manager.


Social Media Executive

Responsibilities:
• Update products & promotions on web sites of the respective brands
• Monitor e-commerce transactions and coordinate payment and timely delivery of merchandise to the clients
• Plan for & execute promotions of selected products on the respective e-commerce sites throughout the year
• Plan for & execute postings & events in Facebook, Instagram & other social media sites to drive traffic to the brand sites and engage with targeted customers
• Act as a client service representative, answering all queries via phone, emails & social media messages

Qualifications:
• Thai national with at least a bachelor degree
• Minimum 2-year experience in customer service, e-commerce or retail fields
• Good command of English
• Strong customer service mind
