Job Description

- Supervising the overall performance rendered by all customer to ensure delivery of quality service to our affluent customers; and rendering services support to all frontline sales staff in the branch

Responsibilities

- Scrutinize daily transaction vouchers and daily computer reports.
- Analyze working procedures and make recommendations for work improvement.
- To monitor and report suspicious money laundering transaction/activities to Country MLPO
- Ongoing self refresher training on Money Laundering Prevention
- Facilitate sales, monitor service by up keeping all necessary data tracking and system input.
- Supervise general administrative work performed by customer service representatives.
- Take care expatriate who to do transaction with bank
- Handle customer service and simple sales activities.
- Any assignments which might be given by the supervisor

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in BBA or related fields
- Fluent in English communication
- Direct experience is an advantage
- Good international personal skill
- Service-minded personality
- Have a good team work spirit
- Posses positive attitudes
- Able to create a high level of network with customers
