รายละเอียดงาน
- Assist the Directors in Singapore in vusiness planning and advise on key financial issues affecting the organiszation' operations and profitability
- Develop consolidated reports on group financial performance. Analyse financial results and recommend financial or operational improvements to the Directors. Ensure efficient management of working capital and cash flows Liaise with local tax authorities on tax issues.
- Oversee annual budgeting exercise and provide analytical support during budget reviews.
-Develop and monitor appropriate and adequate controls to manage vusiness risk.
- Ensure a strong accounting and operational control environment within the group.
- Oversee internal, external and regulatory audit processes and ensure compliance with the relevant regulations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant contractual obligations, reporting requirments and statutory regulations.
- Developing strategies and policies in order to achieve the company's future goals

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Thai Nationality
2. CPA / CFA qualified of equivalent is required
3. A minimum of 15 years practical experience in financial function of which at least 5 years is as a functional head
4. Sound and complete knowledge of Thailand accounting practice
5. Experience interacting with external organization and in working with internal business partners to improve the business
6. Excellent leadership abilities, drive, integrity and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Proficient in speaking and writing English
