1. Plans , Leads, Organizes and controls all product development activities for Biscuit & Snack
2. Develops mformulation for new products and endorse to Product Development Manager
3. Evaluates new product concepts based on process capability and costing
4. Work on the improvement of all process and all products in Biscuit / Snack in terms of quality and cost
5. Coordinate with local marketing group on development of new products
6. Coordinate with Purchasing and with new supplies on development of new material / improvement of existing material
7. Reniew and update approve BOM in the SAP if necessary.
8. Ensures that the design of all products conforms to all Food Regulations
9. Monitor performance of subordinatres and recommends / implements action for improvements.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male or Female
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Food Science / Food Technology / Chemistry /Biology or equivalent
- Knowledeable in ISO / GMP / HACCP
- Good command in Enlish and Computer Skills
- At least 8 years experience as RD Officer in Food Manufacturing Company ( Biscuit / Snack )
- Hard working and proactive
