Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities ***

Responsible for the design, delivery and implementation of learning and development solutions that enhances people capabilities and potential. This will be accomplished through a blended learning approach and requires knowledge and skill in instructor-led, on-the-job, virtual and computer-based learning programs. The key responsibilities are as follow:
o Design learning programs according to the objectives from management and learning needs from the customer-based requirements.
o Coordinates, delivers and evaluates learning solutions of all types including computer-based, classroom and virtual.
o Serves as internal project lead on the development and/or implementation of learning solutions.
o Provides consulting, coaching and support to business partners and management on various training-related projects, programs, performance needs and development plans.
o Supports the development of training materials

Job Specification
Your job specification includes requirements as follows:
o Strong classroom facilitation skills in business or academic environment.
o Working knowledge of e-Learning technology will be an advantage.
o Demonstrated instructional design and development skills including mastery of adult learning principles.
o Advanced ability to create training materials and presentations using PowerPoint and other content authoring tools.
o Ability to lead and manage complex projects and multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
o Effective collaboration skills with internal customers and business partners. Ability to build and maintain credibility with internal and external contacts.
o Exceptional oral and written communication, presentation, facilitation and influencing skills to deal with internal and external contacts.
o Strong consulting, analytical, negotiating, decision making and problem solving skills. Ability to effectively manage conflict.
o Ability to travel as required

4. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
5. Four or more years of successful experience in designing and delivering learning programs including developing learning materials.
6. สามารถสั่งการผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาต่ำแหน่ง ที่เกี่ยวข้องในการปฏิบัติงาน / สามารถ นำเสนองาน แบบ Powerpoin ได้
7. พูด,อ่าน,เขียน ภาษาอังกฤษในระดับที่ใช้งานได้ (เอกสารเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ)
8. เป็นคนแอ๊คทีฟ เรียนรู้งานเร็ว สอนและให้คำปรึกษาคนอื่นได้ มีทักษะภาวะความเป็นผู้นำ คุยเก่ง อัธยาศัยดี
