This position be responsible for operation support of Network,WAN,Internet Services
- Focus on Managed WAN/Internet Services
- Operation and Maintenance
- Receive and Response to customer issue or problem which is escalated from Data Center NOC
- Troubleshooting the problem related to Data Center Infrastructure and customer's networks
- Escalation to higher level when requires
- Receive and Response to customer issue or problem
- Logging, follow up and tracking the details of Customer Requests and problems as cases
- Identify the types, categories, severity and urgency of the case
- Provide technical phone support to customer
- Provide Remote support and/or remote maintenance to Data Center and customer
- Provide reports to customer upon requests
- Maintain and/or Update customer information in the customer database
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- - Male/Female,age not over 32/Bachelor degree in Telecommunication Engineering,Computer Science,Computer Engineering,or IT related fields.
- - 3-7 years'experience in direct IT/ Network/Engineer Technical Support
- - Able to understand customer contarcts, Service Level Agreement,and Scopes of work.
- - Basic Knowledge of Computer/Server Hardware/Windows operating system/ MS Office/Microsoft Exchange and Outlook /TCP/IP,Networking/Network Security and VPN/Anti-virus software
- - Experience with below products would benefit /Cico router and switch (CCNA,CCNP)
- - Good Troubleshooting skills.
- - Good command of English.
- - Excellent communication skill.
- - Experience with Remote Application and Tools such as VNC,PC anywhere,Windows Remote Desktop,VPN,Telnet,SSH will be benefit.
- - Customer Service mind.
