· Deliver professional customer service to achieve high percentage of customer satisfaction
Ensure efficient, responsive and professional service is provided
Ensure all incoming call are handle professionally & promptly
· Ensure all customer requests/follow up are appropriately recorded, referred to related parties in time manner and follow to through to satisfactory resolution
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree graduated
- New graduated is welcome
- Experience in Customer Service in Call Centre is a plus
- Good command of English & computer literacy
