 Establish visions, missions, directions, strategies, targets for the division.
 Develop, Set, Maintain, Improve KPI, work procedures and performance of employees under reporting and chain of command.
 Manage projects to achieve plans and targets within timeline.
 Provide inputs, interpret, and suggest evident-based / data oriented suggestion to improve company performance, competitive edge, and financial earnings.
 Smoothly and effectively manage team to achieve results with right attitude and company culture.
 Develop, initiate, and responsible for company growth.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Age between 33 to 45 years old.
2. Bachelor or Higher Degree in any field.
3. Experienced in higher management, general management, factory management especially in the food industry
4. Direct experience in “Bakery” industry is a key advantage
5. Proven records of success and performance in running a business.
6. Good communication, business development and multi – functional in skills
