Role & Position Overview
Sales support administrators provide vital support to a company’s sales team. They handle important administrative tasks, such as project quotations, order processing, and act as an extension of the sales team when representatives are away from the office. Administrators also provide a point of contact for customers with queries about orders or deliveries. An efficient sales support administrator contributes to quality customer service and helps the sales team meet its targets.

Skills

Administrators require good organizational skills to coordinate all aspects of sales administration. They must be able to work accurately with great attention to detail so that they process orders quickly and efficiently. They must also be good communicators, working with other departments that are responsible for fulfilling orders or providing service to customers. Administrators require good clerical skills, together with computing and data entry skills.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. 2-3 experience in similar positions from MNCs preferable
2. Bachelor Degree from accredited university in Business Administration or Marketing are preferable
3. English proficiency – read, write and speak
4. Computer and office system literacy i.e., ERP & Accounting Software, Microsoft Office, some skills on Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop are a plus
5. Prepare sales reports and monitoring performance
6. Independently and versatile in managing multitasks in diversified environment
7. Possess strong personal skills and ability to work under pressure
