Job purpose:Create, plan and implement new itineraries, products, services

Functions / major tasks:

- Development of the portfolio of new products and services in coordination with the Destination - Sales teams and aligned to the individual customer- and source market requirements
- Develop a high level of expertise of destination knowledge and related offer of products, services and attractions
- Identify and explore new travel trends and new products in the destination
- Prepare new product strategies and concepts according to the Product Development Plan
- Support the Destination Sales team and the Product Managers continuous improvement of the existing portfolio of products & services (quality, competitiveness, innovation, differentiation)
- Participate in the creation and follow up on the Product Development Plan
- Plan, prepare and perform Product Implementation and related Product Training

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. An excellent command of English language
2. In depth knowledge and understanding of Tour Operation, international Tourism and DMC Business
3. In depth destination knowledge of the major touristic destinations in Thailand and Indochina
4. Professional skills and experience to identify and evaluate new offers, partners and business opportunities
5. Development of the portfolio of new products , pared with a very creative and innovative sense
6. High skills in project development and project management
7. Ability to coordinate and communicate with internal and external teams
8. Advanced communication and presentation skills in Thai and English
9. Be a passionate, flexible, creative team player with the right “Can Do” attitude
