Responsibilities :-
Manage for directing the company’s finance, credit control, and accounting.
Set-up and/or oversee all financial and operation controls and metrics.
Provide leadership for managing and coordinating in the business planning, accounting, financial, budgeting, forecasting, investment, credit risk, debt level, taxes of the company.
Analyze current/future business operations and plans to determine financial effectiveness.
Develop direct financial plan to strategic business plan, company growth, and market opportunities and direction.
Develop financial strategies by (a) forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements, (b) identifying monetary resources, and (c) developing action plan.
Accomplish finance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Manage the motivation, the supervisory, the training to subordinate in Accounting, Finance, and Credit Control to achieve the department goals.
Control & monitor in Accounting, Credit Control and Finance area.
Ensure the timely closing of accounts on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis and preparing and validating financial statements with accuracy.
Coordinating with preparing data for external auditors, the Revenue Department, and other related government organizations.
Improving accounting/finance/credit control systems, policies, and procedures.
Ensure all accounting/financial documents are kept neatly for their statutory duration.
Prepare, review and ensure timeliness of various transactions, update financial and management reports including provide analysis data to the requirement as identified by other departments and for top management’s decision making.
Any other accounting and financial functions as assigned by CEO or Board of Director.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Qualications:- Age over 40 years. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance and MBA will be an advantage. At least 15 years of experience with proven record and 7 years in an executive-level position. Strong management and leadership as well as organizational in business planning, accounting, financial, budgeting, forecasting, investment and credit risk, etc. Must possess sound knowledge of Thai Revenue Department requirement. Excellent interpersonal, communications, presentation and negotiation skills. Good command of English. Chinese language will be an advantage. CPA License is preferred. Computer skill (MS Excel and other MS office products). Strong people management skill. Experience in using/implementing SAP or other ERP programs. Positive and logical thinking, self-motivated, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Excellent in analytical and problem solving skills Well-organized and strong sense of responsibility. Able to working under pressure and detail-oriented with accuracy in work. High responsibility and flexible in workplace and working hours (work in longer hours, weekend, and holiday).
