รายละเอียดงาน
Responsibilities:

Grow sales of multi-product construction material business, delivering on targets of sales portfolio of between Baht 250-350 Million
Recruit, train, evaluate and manage a sales team of 5-10 people
Manage a pipeline of sales projects, leveraging sales team as well as relationships with architects, engineers, developers, contractors, etc.
Provide strategic recommendation to senior management regarding sales organization, target-setting and incentives, client and account relationship management, sales forecast and performance
Work with inventory management team to provide sales forecast to ensure efficient inventory management as well as warehousing, logistic
Qualifications:


Male/Female
Bachelor degree, preferably with a master degree in business-related fields
Age 40 or older
Minimum of 10 years experience in sales and marketing capacities with at least 5 year experience as a sales manager
Prior responsibility in delivering sales/revenue target of at least Baht 150 Million per annum and managing a sales of at least 5 and above
Good command of written and spoken English
Good negotiation skill
Highly responsible, self-motivated & proactive
Strong sales operation & management experience as well as strong strategic mindset and organizational skills
Prefer prior experience in construction material sales/marketing
