รายละเอียดงาน
1.Achieves sales target in nationwide
2.Push sales in every channels such as traditional trade, cash van
3.Develop and expand new partner opportunities.
4.Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of sales and profitability; preparing and completing action plans for synergize our sales channels.
5.Analyze agent’s information; potential, sales volumes, distribution network, etc. in order to manage sales and distribution plan.
6.Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan (monthly, quarterly, yearly) and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
7.Maintain and expand the customer base by building and maintaining good relationships with key customers (Top 10 agents) and recognizing new customer opportunities.
8.Leads the Regional Sales Manager; inclusive of managing agents, building relationship,etc.
9.Coaching, mentoring, performance evaluation and clarifying career development of Regional Sales Manager team in support company’s objectives.
10.Manage human resources.
11.Manage, control and evaluate sales costs effectively

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. 1.Bachelor or Master degree in business management/marketing or related function
2. 2.At least 10 years sales management experience; preferably of traditional trade management.
3. 3.Preferred FMCG or beverage industrial
4. 4.Ability to travel as required by role
5. 5.Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team
6. 6.Strong organization, communication and team building skills
7. 7.Excellent oral and communication skills
8. 8.Sales driver, A good knowledge in channel marketing management, Traditional trade management, Strong analytical skill, Project management, Negotiation and conflict management
9. 9.Quick learner and flexible
10. 10.Be able to solve the problem, sharpen decision maker under pressure circumstance.
