Carrying out recruitment projects, planning resources to complete projects, sourcing and approaching candidates and offering them new job opportunities.
Managing and controlling recruitment systems and processes to ensure efficient provision of employment within appropriate timeframes.
Research and implement new strategies for sourcing candidates through social media and other channels.
Serve as mentor to recruitment team and coach them in connecting with prospective candidates through networking, cold calling, internet research and sourcing.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Thai national, age 30-37 years old with pleasant personality.
- BA./MA. Degree in Business Administration, HRM, English or related filed.
- Min. 5 years direct experience in managing recruitment function in a big organization with manufacturing and retail or trading environment. Familiar with fast moving organizations and modern recruitment techniques.
- Strong ability to professionally manage recruitment process, design job advertisement, identify sourcing techniques, screen candidates, establish selection criteria to identify talent, advise managers on selection and make job offers.
- In-depth knowledge of Labor Law, employment contract writing and standard recruitment practice.
- Experience in writing Job Description, conducting salary and benefits survey and writing high impact job advertisement.
- Proactive with strong commitment to achieve target. Strategic thinking with the ability to lead the recruitment team to fight for success.
- Strong command of English both speaking and writing. Good communication and presentation skills.
- Down to earth and easy to get along well with people at all levels both Thai and Expats.
- Good computerized skills with solid knowledge of all standard software, internet, email and social networks.
