Responsibility & Dimension of Position
·Initial single point of contact for technology & usage problems for all Gemalto
products and applications.
·Handle new and/or highly complex Technical problems and find solution or
workaround.
·Provide e-mail and phone assistant to customers.
. Provide 24x7 Customer Support in case of need.
·Enter calls into the call Management system.
·Escalate the problems to Gemalto R&D or third party in case of very complex or
bugs.
·Deliver and install the solutions on customer production platform if needed.
.Development of tools to capture the data and to generate useful statistics.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Education: BE/BS/Masters - IT/Computer Science/Computer Application/Computer Managemen
- Experience: 2-6 Years in Software or IT Development/Solution Support Industry
- - Expertise in Unix, Linux, and SUN OS and able to manage the Platform
- - Good Knowledge in Java, XML and Oracle
- - Good Knowledge on Web Server such as Apache and Tomcat
- - Knowledge in Software Installation and configuration on Unix Platform
- - Able to manage the crisis.
- - Customer Satisfaction Oriented.
- - Self Starter and Autonomous.
