รายละเอียดงาน
1.Formulate specific regional brand strategies and business plan according to the company direction and aligning with sales and marketing team.
2.Work in liaison with regional business partner for proper strategy development and implementation to achieve the business objectives
3.Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing implementation programs in each country to identify task success, program setbacks and failures, capture learning for future improvements
4.Ensure the complement and effectiveness implementation of POP materials, trade activities and promotion as planned
5.Update progress brand performance vs plan by monitor pricing, the market with the specific attention on product quality, offtake, distribution, display, pricing, promotion and communication expenditure to propose appropriate corrective actions
6.Keep up with competitive activities and propose proper counter action activities if necessary
7.Continuously identify market opportunities and propose new product development within the company’s objectives and resources to serve the market need in each country with regional strategic direction and idea recommendation
8.Coordinate with research and advertising agency for regional brand communication development and execution
9.Identify ideas and suggestions that add value to the consumer in terms of media scheduling, product promotions and merchandising
10.Control actual spend vs planned expenditure and responsible for evaluation the effectiveness of all activities
11.Periodically check brand P&L against financial goals (Profit, margin, sales) and understand how these numbers are used to recommend a course of action to meet financial goals
12.Effectively plan the production requirement and the consequent optimum inventory level
13.Prepare marketing reports such as Market and Sales Performance

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. 1.Male/Female, age at least 28 years old
2. 2.Master Degree in Marketing or related field
3. 3.At least 3 years of experience in consumer and trade marketing
4. 4.Good creative, interpersonal, negotiation, and compromising skills
5. 5.Good planning and management skills
6. 6.Good strategic thinking skills, analytical, problem-solving skills
7. 7.Good time management skill
8. 8.Good command of written and spoken English
