รายละเอียดงาน
1. Managing qualifying manpower requisitions to ensure the required number of agents have been filled in time.
2. Develop and implement the recruitment process for Telemarketing Representative. This includes the process of sourcing candidates, screening and interviewing including selection process.
3. Preparing movement report weekly and monthly basis. summarizing the recruitment statistic to find out the effective sources end result.
4. Any other duties as assigned.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor's Degree in Political science , Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field
2. Experience in recruitment at least 2 year
3. Experience in call center industry or mass sales force will be advantage
4. Possess skills in managing mass recruitment operations
5. Good interpersonal skills and people management
6. Able to work under target and pressure
7. Positive with logical thinking and good communication skills
8. Communicable in English and computer skills literacy
