- Formulation and execution of the best HR practices, consistent with the organizational development and business growth of our group of companies
-Team Building and Staff Development
-Besides standard HR operations (such as recruitment, training, compensation), the incumbent will handle Performance Management, Succession -Planning and Career Development of key staff;
-Assisting the top management in HR and Admin matters of the Companies

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Thai male or female aged over 35 years old.
2. A Human Resources, Business and/ or Organization Development degree holder.
3. Human Resources experience with minimum 3 years leadership is required
4. Hands-on, self-motivated and results-oriented .
5. Strong analytical, interpersonal and human relations skills
6. Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
7. bility to Build a Team. Handle multiple tasks in fast-moving and dynamic environment
8. Be able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
9. Proficient in English language
