SEM Leader

Job Description
The ideal candidate must have a strong SEO and SEM background, with a working knowledge of other digital channels, including social media and display. Only candidates with a minimum of 2-3 years professional experience in paid search will be considered.

Responsibilities
- Planning, executing and managing whole Search Marketing both SEO and SEM
- Implement on-site and off-site strategic direction to target search terms
- Fulfill relevant daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks ensuring that all campaigns are executed to plan and meet the targets
- Plan, implement, optimize and deliver paid (SEM) campaigns
- Work closely with related internal and global teams to communicate campaign objectives, timing and results
- Ensure that the delivery of search campaigns in terms of meeting performance goals and ROI
- Provide regular results analysis, reporting and recommendations
- Campaigns are monitored daily and hit relevant targets
- Reports and presentations are delivered to the highest level of quality, accuracy and integrity
- Work collaboratively with search and PPC providers
- Proactively contribute to a positive team atmosphere and company culture, and generally be a role model for the junior members of the team
- Lead SEM Team to achieve assigned targets

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Male or Female aged 27 - 30
2. A minimum of 3 years professional experience in search marketing (SEO, SEM, PPC) and/or related field (digital marketing, social media, website analytics, web development)
3. Demonstrated experience in managing various campaign scale from small to large paid search campaigns
4. Experience with PPC technology platforms and tools
5. Highly analytical and strong understanding of performance metrics and KPI
6. Expert understanding and demonstrated experience in paid search (PPC), including keyword research, ad copy development, bid management platforms and optimizations
7. Developed a solid search marketing knowledge (across both PPC and SEO), by attending training, obtaining relevant qualification and keeping up to date with industry news and developments
8. Ability to work well with internal and global teams
9. Passion of search and digital trends is a must
10. Passion of search and digital trends is a must and Good English communication and presentation
