รายละเอียดงาน
• Administering the company's compensation and benefits in accordance with established policies so that employees receive the appropriate compensation and benefits for their position.
• Being responsible for job analysis and evaluations, salary administration, analysing compensation surveys and obtaining all necessary information to prepare compensation proposals and budgets.
• Collecting data about the company's compensation and benefits policies and analysing them to prepare reports and advising superiors for making important decisions.
• Participating in compensation and benefits surveys.
• Managing ongoing relationships with, external consultants and suppliers (e.g., mercer and etc.) to ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
• Monitoring the company's monthly payroll process, reports and statuary requirements.
• Coaching or instructing colleagues for job roles all of level.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Age 27 year old up.
2. Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree within the areas of HR Management or Business Administration from reputable university.
3. At least 2 years of experience within the area of human resources management, and a minimum of 2 years in Compensation & Benefits Position.
4. Having work experience within a large scale multinational company.
5. Knowledge in SAP HR and Payroll and power vision program.
6. Familiar and experience in compensation & benefits surveys.
7. Strong personal attributes as follows: analytical thinking, self development, communication skills (both in Thai and English), interpersonal skills, adaptability and tolerance for stress.
8. Computer literate.
