1.ร่วมกันกับทีมพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ เพื่อการปรับปรุงพัฒนางานที่ดี่ขึ้น
2.มีส่วนร่วมในการปรับปรุงแผนก ออกแบบกลยุทธการทำงานของทีม พร้อมทั้งสนับสนุนการเพิ่มความรู้ให้กับพนักงานในทีม
3.มีส่วนร่วมกับทีมทบทวนการออกแบบเพื่อนำเสนอความคิดใหม่ ๆ เทรนเครื่องประดับ หรือ แนวโน้มการตลาดต่อรองกรรมการผู้จัดการ
1.interaction with product development team to aim at improving
2.participate improvement of design department in team of work strategy , sourcing out and support knowledge & learning to staff
3.participate & pre-review with design team on presentation of jewelry collection new ideas and market trend to sales and marketing VMD to seek approval for execution and infrom department
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- ชาย / หญิง อายุ 30 ปีขึ้นไป (Above 30 year old)
- มีทักษะในการพูดและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดี (well english written and Speaking skill)
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี (able to generate computre -based program effectively )
- เป็นนักคิดสร้างสรรค์ด้วยใจที่เปิดกว้าง ที่จะเรียนรู้และสำรวจสิ่งใหม่เพื่อเปิดโอกาสสำหรับพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ (creative thinker with an open mind to learn and explore new areas and opportunity for new product / market ideas)
- สามารถทำความเข้าใจในเทคโนโลยีการผลิต วิธีการผลิต และวัสดุได้ (understanding technology , production method and material)
- มีทักษะในการวางแผน และความคุมโครงการให้ประสบความสำเร็จตามเป้าหมายได้ (skill in project planing and controlling for achievement)
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมจิวเวลรี่มาก่อนจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ (experience in jewelry industry will be advantage)
