Overall Purpose of jobs :
Running daily activities on service function.
To safeguard the daily running and coordination of the tasks of the service function, inclusive of planning of the repair work.
To ensure the satisfaction of the customers with the products of the company by means of effective service work.
To supervise the Service Technician.
Other technical works as requested or assigned by Service Supervisor.
Main Tasks :
To ensure that products received for repair are examined thoroughly so that the cause for complaint can be stated and registered in a clear way.
To work out adequate statistics on complaints and repair work for each type of product.
To ensure that damaged parts get a close check for the reason of failure.
To ensure that the repair of products takes place in an effective way and results in a satisfactory performance of the pumps.
To establish, control and keep files of service work.
To execute service work on schedule.
To ensure rational working habits by optimizing tools, equipment and methods.
To ensure that the equipment is kept in a good and justifiable condition in respect of function and safety.
To deal with complaints including warranty issues i.e. diagnosing, quotations, problem and solving etc.
To advise customers whether a new pump or repairing will be the better solution.
To support the commissioning, installation of pump, pump system to be equal to local laws and regulations governing product safety, installation and operation directive.
To support to service supervisor in service center activities i.e. selection, establishment, visit and training.
To co-operate with the Group and contribute to the interchange of experience and knowledge.
To ensure that order and assignment from the superior is executed efficiently.
To ensure observance of regulation , agreement and loal arrangement.
To ensure the coordinate with the Group
To be equal to laws and regulation governing product safety, installation and operation directive
To train product and technical knowledge for technician, dealer, service centre/partner and customer
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male age between 25-35 years old
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical Engineer or related field
- At least 2 years experience in service engineer and mainternace system
- Having background or knowledge on pump system would be advantage
- Computer literacy in MS Office
- Knowledge of English Communication
- Problem solving skills, fast learning and service mind personalities
- Have driving license and able to travel to up country
- Monday-Friday 8.30-17.30
