รายละเอียดงาน
•Prepare payment, receive vouchers and all accounting documentations supported by accounting system to proper calculated amount then checking the correctly record.
•Provide PND 1, 3, 53, and also VAT report as the end of the month that all amounts should be recorded by accounting law accepted or GAAP and reconcile to match with G/L for properly calculation.
•Make a decision to create and solve the problem by yourself to support finance director but support the operation of other department concerned also about this matter in order to meet the closing dateline of FS should be made.
•Assist the company in preparing all the accounting records/documents in according to prevailing legal and statutory requirement.
•To file, control and manage systematically documents pertaining to all business transactions of the Company and contact with the public other regulators and ensure adherence to relevant Thai regulations.
•Ensure proper internal controls are in place and compliance to such controls by other department.
•Maintain the following: General Ledger included assets, reliabilities, incomes, expenses, etc.
•Any other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the Management.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Be strong in accounting functions and exercises for coffee shop and restaurant business are very preferred.
2. Can communicate in both spoken and written English is preferred
