PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The Executive Secretary is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support
in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Receive, and response telephone messages and fax messages as well as all correspondences
2.Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondences in good order
3.Manage and maintain the Executives' schedules.
4.Arrange and make travel arrangements for executives
5.Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
6.Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings
7.Perform other related duties as assigned
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Female
- 24 years old or above
- Bachelor degree or above in any fields
- Experience in secretarial work or related works at least 1 year
- Excellent command of English
- Good interpersonal
- MS office program (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and email
