For the opening of the first branch in Thailand in April 2013, Mavericks is a modern, dynamic
Fusion Gourmet Café Restaurant serving high quality and affordable top selected comfort and convenience food from East and West, a “Double experience restaurant” with a unique spirit:

High quality bakery, ice creams, pastry and coffee beverages at Daytime, switching to a much more elaborated and creative version of the same dishes, drinks and cocktail ice creams in the evening. Located on Asoke road, corner of Sukhumvit Soi 19.

Female or Male, English speaking, you will work in a sophisticated environment and great surroundings!

Job Profile and Description
The job duties and responsibilities include the following:

• Recommends wines according to food selection and serves the customers

• Maintain the stock of wines according to par stock and inventory

• Helps the manager in selecting the right wines, proposes regular promotion

• Ensure mise en place is done before service

• Work together with the Waitresses and Waiters during service

• Respect of health and safety standard

• Report any problem that happens

• Make suggestions when possible

• Thai National only
