รายละเอียดงาน
- Handle customer inbound / outbound call.
- Manipulate customer products information / updated campaign.
- Coordinate with related departments for customer's issues.
- Manage data entry and updated customer information
- Process orders from customer in Thailand and USA by chat, phone and mail
- Handle complaints from customer professionally.
- Be able to work as a shift, Can work on holiday.
- Working 5 days per week, 8 hours per day

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Any gender / Any age / Thai Nationality
2. Any Educational Background
3. Perform strong communication skills in English esp. writing, listening & speaking
4. Be able to use Microsoft office application such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint
5. Friendly personality and Service-minded
6. Good personality, Team player, Available to work overtime
7. Knowledgeable in marketing management ,sales, and negotiation skill
8. Ready to work in a shift & overtime
