รายละเอียดงาน
Effectively direct and manage all personnel and resources to ensure work progress and completion of contruction works within budget and meet the require safety and quality standard.

- Prepare and control construction budgets.
- Manage and control of construction work to meet quality, safety, law and customer regulations.
- Analyzed customer proposals and select the appropriate construction medthods and strategies.
- Manage and control of the project according to an agreed baseline schedule.
- Planning ahead to prevent the problems
- Supervised and guided other staff and sub-contractor throughout the construction process.
- Review the work progress on a daily basis and communicate/supervise to the team, sub-contractor and owner.
- Report work in progress and meeting with customer, then prepare and distribute the minutes of meeting to participants.
- Respond for work delay, other problems and all emergencies onsite.
- Prepare document of work progress and relate document for Accounting Dept. for invoicing.
- Any other work as insturcted by PM

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. - Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural Engineering, Mechcanical
2. - At least 15 years experience�in Construction Manmagement works.
3. - Strong mangement, high leadership, pro-active, problem solving
4. - Excellent oral and written communication skills
5. - Good command of English
6. - Good skill in computer program (Auto-Cad, MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word and Power Point)
7. - Work well under pressure and work independently
8. - Able to handle multiple jobs and decisions in critical situations
9. - Hard working, strict deadlines and effective time
10. - Good personality and co-operating with others
