รายละเอียดงาน
Integral Tasks:

• Follow Offshore HSE Rules and Regulations.
• Follow Company Policies.
• To manage the team at the base by giving them very clear instruction on daily basis : The team repartition is as follow: Catering Manager, Logistic Supervisor, Food & Beverage controller, Offshore catering crew supervisor, Unit Administrator, Purchasing Officer, Handy man, and Driver.
• To follow closely the planning of the Cost Control Manager.
• To check that the Camp Boss Weekly KPI and the Food cost are sent on time to the head office on every Friday before 5.pm. for the attention of the Base Operations Manager.
• To check that all “Weekly reports” and “Monthly reports” are sent on time to the head office ( weekly KPI. , weekly site inspection check list, weekly maintenance report, containers weekly check list, end of month sites paper work, payroll information, etc.).
• To visit each location once a month with full report (Health and Food Safety Audit Index and House Keeping Audit Index ), to collect all weekly KPI report on site (original signed by Customer ) and to meet with our Customer’s representative to make the point. Potentially to execute the Weekly KPI with the Customer’s representative.
• To follow up that the Camp Boss hand over reports are properly documented and include all necessary information to guarantee a good standard of service.
• To follow up the Camp Boss hand over reports are completed in detail and with clear explanations to support the incoming Camp Boss in order to guarantee a good standard of service.
• To proceed with the Cost Control Manager at the monthly sites inspections and to send the reports to the Country Manager within 24 hours after the inspection.
• To implement the Quality Audit (Q.A) and the Customer Satisfaction Survey (C.S.S) as planned by the Country Manager.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Male only , age 30-45 years
2. Bachelor’s Degree in related field
3. Good personality and high leadership
4. Good command in English and Thai
5. Minimum of 7 years in catering/restaurant management or related fields
6. Having service-minded, good personality, high leadership, strong organizational and excellent inter-personal communication skills
7. Ability to establish and maintain working relationship with co-worker, supervisor, and client
8. Experience of working offshore will be an advantage
9. Able to work under pressure
10. Excellent budgetary and cost control management.
