คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. • Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree in MBA or other related field.
2. •1 year work experience related in Finance, Costing, Budgeting, and Project Management
3. •Experience in Call Center/Telemarketing Business is advantage
4. •Excellent administrative and communication skills
5. •Excellent client relation and client focused, and able to work as a team
6. •Strong ability to organize, analyses, interprets and takes sustainable corrective decision.
7. •Continuous improvement process competence and team building.
8. •Good command of spoken and written English is a must.
9. •Computer literacy in MS Office.
10. •Self-Motivated

Summary
Gains knowledge and experience required in Telemarketing Industry for promotion to middle management positions under direction of experienced personnel by performing the following duties.
Main Objectives
• Receive training and performs duties in several responsibilities in Business Development department starting from Financial Perspectives, Operation, Investment & Deal Development, Negotiation & Contracting, until Project Management and Strategic Planning.
• Observes experienced workers to acquire knowledge as fast track program
• Monitor Performance Progress with Supervisor/Manager for each work task
Brief of Key Responsibilities
• Support Management to analyze Investment Decision Making
• Support Management to analyze Financial Performance and Solutions against Budgeting for each investment project
• Support strategic pricing & budgeting in a relation to Project P&L
• Identify business opportunities, prospects, and prospect's requirements
• Be a team member to support strategic pricing, proposal, and negotiation
• Provide a professional presentation of our product & solutions to close sales
• Provide weekly and monthly reports, account analysis, research, and market intelligence
