รายละเอียดงาน
• Responsible for overall store operations and sales activities through all work units within the assigned store, e.g., Fresh, Grocery and Non-Food Divisions, Receiving Yard, Storage, Cashier, Security, Maintenance, Accounting, etc.,
• Achieve the target sale specified by the company and develop action plan when necessary
• Monitor P&L to reach the target specified
• Monitor Daily Inventory Levels to consistently achieve store target
• Monitor the price of merchandise in the market to be competitive
• Monitor shrinkage and waste and control variances with proper plans
• Serve customer with wai and smile to be the store standard
• Provide fast and friendly customer service
• Strive to train and develop all employees to increase efficiency and productivity in every function
• Maintain shopping safety & cleanliness environment for our customers
• Maintain compliance in all company, audit and GMP checklist
• Follow up the standard of business conduct (SBC)

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or any fields
2. A minimum of 5 - 10 years of working experience in retail business; 4 years of which in a managerial level managing a business unit with a large number of employees
3. High commercial sense and target-oriented. Service-minded and customer-focused
4. Strong management and leadership skills, especially in managing cross-functional teams
5. Confident in leading meetings and public speaking
6. Detail-oriented and quick in solving problems and decision making
7. Having basic knowledge about Thai Commercial and Labor Laws
8. Ability to relocate as business requirement
9. Good command of English both spoken and written (Comfortable to communicate with expatriates on a regular basis)
