To plan, organize and control the sale of modernization jobs in order to achieve targeted sales turnover with agreed margin.

To works conjunction with MOD project deployment in order to achieve OI target with margin as per final cost estimation and on- time schedule.


Key Responsibilities :-

-Develop potential customer list and control MOD sales activities in Modernization to achieve sale turnover and agreed margin.
-Build and maintain a customer relationship with both new and existing customer to ensure their maximum satisfaction and thereby leading to long-term relationship and sale
-Develop and control sale strategy for modernization sale in order to achieve modernization sale target.
-To organize and control Mod project deployment to ensure that Mod project cost in inline with cost estimate and completion as per customer target date.
-Accountable for collecting the first payment and payment securities to ensure that projects are operated with minimum commercial risks.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. 1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
2. 2. 2-5 years in elevator/escalator industry
3. 3. Good command of English both written and spoken
4. 4. Good computer skill
5. 5. Good at communication and human relation
