1 Implement and monitor the recruitment activities.
2 Interview and primary select qualified candidates, work with line managers for final selection.
3 Implement the recruitment activities and process document eg; Employee Request, Advertising, Managerial competency test, employee contract, employee card, and coordinate university to check new employee' certificate.
4 Follow up probation period's new employee
5 Coordinate with recruitment agency , Advertising
6 Conduct exit interview to collect information for HR policy improvement.

- Bachelor Degree or higher in Human Resources or related field.
- At least 3 - 5 years experience in recruitment function.
- Initiative and hands on with positive attitude.
- Good communication .
