1. Prepare annual manpower plan to meet requirement .
2. Implement and monitor the recruitment activities.
3. Interview and primary select qualified candidates, work with line managers for final selection.
4. Conduct exit interview to collect information for HR policy improvement.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related fields
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in position and part of which preferably from manufacturing
- Strong Interpersonal and Leadership skill
