The responsibilities of this role include the skills and knowledge required by both the
General Team Members and Baristas as outlined in the respective Job Descriptions.
Outlet Managers also will be required to lead a team of Team Members by example,
maintain designated focuses, set team objectives and meet KPIs identified.

To create, communicate and lead people towards Gloria Jeans Coffees

To promote guest satisfaction by ensuring that all team members provide
consistency with service and product.
To ensure all team members are in line with the Training and Development
To ensure all baristas understand and complete a minimum of Prepare and
Serve Espresso Coffee.
Ensure that all team members maintain accurate product knowledge.
Assist in the development of a passionate and caring service culture.
To ensure all team members understand the general set up of all work areas.
Be able to provide operational assistance as required in all areas of the
operation such as Registers, Espresso standards, Admin, Stock Levels, Guest
Service, Pastry Cabinet Management and Store Reports.
To complete a weekly review of business KPIs and reset goals accordingly
Process order using the Gloria Jeans exacting standards on the extranet.
