รายละเอียดงาน
Responsible for Supervise, Reviewing, Inspection of Procedures and Assistance in all engineering matters.
1. Construction Programme and Head project meetings to collect and disseminate information pertaining to projects.
2. Prepare Detailed Programmes and Method Statement For Major Activities. Schedule and monitor program activity to achieve an “on-time” result including follow-up with external suppliers to ensure timely response to action items.
3. Report and Record Events and Instructions
4. Maintain Site daily . Monitor program cost activity to achieve an “in budget” result.
5. Analysing outcomes and writing detailed Progress reports
6. Check Quality and Quantity of Subcontract work done
7. Measurement tender Preparation and Contract documents, Including Bill of quantities
8. Advising on Procurement strategy
9. Submission of Calculations, Proposals, Samples.
10. Preparing and analyzing costing for tenders. Prepare quotations utilizing supplier information, cost standards, technical information from quality, manufacturing engineering, design.
11. Allocating work to Subcontractors
12. Providing advice on contractual claims
13. Valuing completed work and arranging payments. Ensure that project charges are correctly represented for accounting’s closing process. Evaluates project performance of functional areas.
14. Rebar Schedules, and Record Rebar fixed
15. Record Concrete used
16. Implement Project Quality Plan, and Reviewing
17. Overall Method Statement
18. Understanding Operation Procedures manual
19. Site Safety Procedures
20. Plan and Design Temporary works, Falsework, Formwork, In Conjunction with Central Engineering
21. Supervise Production of Coordination / Shop drawings
22. Survey and Setting out
23. Piling Record
24. Liaise with Consultant Engineer or Project owner’s Team. Coordinate the collection and dissemination of technical information between/within the company and customer.
25. Liaise with Subcontractors / Suppliers
26. Coordination Drawings from Consultant, Keep Register and Distribute as Necessary
27. Information to M&E works
28. Supervise As-Built Drawings.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. ปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมโยธา หรือ สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. ชาย / หญิง อายุ 30 ปีขึ้นไป, ประสบการณ์ทำงาน 6 ปีขึ้นไป
3. มีใบประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรม
4. มีประสบการณ์บริหารจัดการงานก่อสร้างโครงการ,ทำแผนงาน,ควบคุมต้นทุน 3 ปีขึ้นไป
5. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานได้เป็นอย่างดี
6. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Auto cad และโปรแกรมบริหารงานก่อสร้างได้อย่างดี
7. มีทัศนคติในการทำงานที่ดี, มีทักษะความเป็นผู้นำ, ทำงานเป็นทีมได้
8. ทักษะการสื่อสารดี , รักงานบริการ
9. มีใบขับขี่รถยนต์ส่วนบุคคล
10. สามารถปฏิบัติงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
