•Analyze, report the store performance. Use the useful information to translate into action plans to improve the shop business.
•Oversee the product ordering process into the stores and ensure that all products are properly handled and displayed according to company standards.
•Manage costs and inventories efficiently to achieve high profit.
•Manage customer complaints proactively.
•Recruit, train, and develop all Product Consultants to represent brand’s vision to become the number one sports brand in Thailand.
•Plan, evaluate and implement the shop to meet or over adidas the retail operation standard
