รายละเอียดงาน
1. จัดหาและสั่งซื้อพัสดุภัณฑ์ ต่าง ๆ ให้ถูกต้องตามคุณภาพ ราคา และการส่งมอบ
2. มีความรู้ความสามารถใน Product Knowledge งานซื้อแต่ละหมวดสินค้าที่รับผิดชอบ
3. ศึกษาและติดตามความเคลื่อนไหวของราคาตลาดและราคาของพัสดุภัณฑ์ต่างๆอยู่สม่ำเสมอเพื่อให้ได้ราคาที่เหมาะสม
4. ร่วมมือและประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการสั่งซื้อพัสดุภัณฑ์
5. ร่วมทำการ Audit ผู้ส่งมอบตามแผนการพัฒนาผู้ส่งมอบร่วมกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
6. วิเคราะห์ปัญหาที่เกิดจาก การส่งมอบและติดตามผลของ NOS ร่วมกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
7. การแก้ไข/ติดตามปัญหาในการทำงาน
8. มีส่วนร่วมในการติดตามผลKPI ให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
9. มีความรู้ในระบบคุณภาพต่างๆ เช่น ISO9001/ ISO14000 (ถ้ามีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
10. ปฎิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor / Master Degree
- Male/Female 37-45 years old
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literacy especially advance Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
- Have leadership Able to endure and handle pressure well good emotional control
