- Responsibilities of sommeliers include supervising wine serving, collaborating with winemakers to upgrade selections, and providing wine recommendations to customers.
- Making recommendations on food and wine pairings.
- Ensuring that the wine cellar is fully stocked.
- Informing customers on the variety of wines available.
- Training wait staff on available wines.
- Negotiating prices with vendors.
- Organizing wine tasting events.
- Complying with health and safety regulations.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Certification as a Sommelier or degree in hospitality is a plus
2. 5 years of experience as a Sommelier, Wine Steward/Stewardess or similar role
3. Ability to create tasteful food and wine pairings
4. Extensive knowledge of different wines and which regions produce each type
5. Knowledge of local vineyards and wineries
6. Understanding of the winemaking process
7. Good communication skills
8. Passion for teamwork
9. Availability to work during opening hours, including weekends and holidays
10. Flexibility to travel occasionally to meet with wine producers and visit wine-tasting events
