รายละเอียดงาน
Responsible for acquiring new customers and develop sales performance.
Focus areas will include driving new customers, deliver sales targets and ensure the growth of the company in the core types of gloves.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. 1.At least 2 years experience in active sales in latex glove business
2. 2.Proven ability to achieve sales targets
3. 3.Good communication skills both verbal and written
4. 4.Good negotiations skills
5. 5.Good command of both spoken and written English&Chinese, knowledge of other languages will be a plus
6. 6.Good team player
7. 7.Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Develop and deliver sales targets through active sales to the new customers
- Ensuring profitable and productive transactions across the selected types of gloves
- Develop and build upon relationships with customers to ensure the company can grow sales and presence in core types of gloves :
- Arranging product samples
- Setting cooperation terms
- Provide customer service (follow up on documents , orders, complaints )
- Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
- If necessary, organization of customer visits in a factory in Thailand
- Keeping updated information on gloves cost and other costs related to glove shipping and transport
- Any other work as assigned by management

- Analyze customer potential and adjust product positioning
- Communicate and collaborate with departments to ensure success especially in marketing, operations, shipping
